Returns

Contact Knightfall within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, clean, and returned with their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, final-sale, used, or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

Approval

Do not send an item before receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are not normally refundable.
